New Patient Information:
Once registered with GCSLS as a new patient, you will receive an email from Theraplatform asking you to create a password. Once logged in to your own private and secure HIPAA compliant portal, you can complete all intake paperwork and consent forms electronically. You will also be asked to enter your credit card information for processing of copays and deductibles, which will be collected at the time of service. Please click on "Test Your Setup" (see below) prior to your first appointment to make sure that your connection is working.
